Jackson & Blanc was selected by CW Driver to complete the mechanical construction for new administrative office and support space for UCSD.
The project comprised of a complete renovation of the 50,000 square foot space with new chilled water system, thermal storage, piping systems, rooftop air handlers, fan coils, and exposed ductwork in many of the spaces. LEED—EB Silver status was achieved by the project.
The project took place on a very tight construction schedule where J&B had to complete much of the project within a 12 week window.
