Modeled after the book Raving Fans by Ken Blanchard, the employee appreciation program rewards members of our team for their dedication, hard work and out of the box thinking. Our philosophy for Raving Fans is that happy employees make happy customers which is something we can all benefit from.
Jackson & Blanc employees receive points when customers and fellow employees let us know when that person has truly gone above and beyond his/her normal duties to provide excellent customer service.
