The Jackson & Blanc team partnered with leading mechanical consultants to design a 250,000 square foot facility on the U.S. Navy Naval Amphibious Base in Coronado, Calif. The new building expands on the U.S. Navy Seals training and education capabilities on-base, adding new classrooms, administrative and support offices, as well as lab and maintenance facilities. Jackson & Blanc assisted in designing $10 million in mechanical systems within the building including DX VAV air handlers with reheat capabilities, single pass systems with tight humidity controls, SCIF areas, and computer room systems.
